How To Make Air Fryer Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 ounce can of salmon drained
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup yellow onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional,garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Drain the salmon and add to a large mixing bowl. Make sure that all skin and bones are removed.
  • Add all other ingredients (except parsley) to the mixing bowl and combine with a fork until all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Divide the salmon mixture into four parts and roll into balls. Flatten into patties about ½ inch thick and set aside on a plate.
  • Add patties into the air fryer and cook for eight minutes or until browned.
  • Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.
