- 14.75 ounce can of salmon drained
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup yellow onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional,garnish)
Drain the salmon and add to a large mixing bowl. Make sure that all skin and bones are removed.
Add all other ingredients (except parsley) to the mixing bowl and combine with a fork until all ingredients are mixed well.
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
Divide the salmon mixture into four parts and roll into balls. Flatten into patties about ½ inch thick and set aside on a plate.
Add patties into the air fryer and cook for eight minutes or until browned.
Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley.
